Orders usually ship within 2 days after purchasing and can take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to deliver. You will receive tracking for your order. Orders purchased over the weekend are shipped out the following week. Although we look to get our customers their orders within this time frame, delivery services sometimes cause unexpected delays.
If you would like a refund after you have purchased, you must contact us before your items are shipped. Refunds are circumstantial. For instance, you accidentally ordered more items than you meant to or the items you received are damaged. If you are looking for a refund due to unique circumstances please use the contact form or email us directly at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If you would like to exchange a product you have up to 2 days after your item says delivered to contact us and do so. If the item is out of stock you can ship it back and receive a refund.
